Sherbet - It's spelled Sherbet, but it's properly pronounced "Sore Bay".

woohooligan Actually Sherbet is an American dish, so it's actually pronounced that way -- Sorbet is pronounced "sore bay" because it didn't originate here, so it has french spelling & pronunciation. wiki

Entirely correct - Aye, Sherbe()t and Sorbet are different but related. If I recall correctly, the difference is in the egg.
