Yes. People get angry about others' behavior and then unknowingly start behaving badly in response. It's human. It may have something to do with triune brain theory. I guess we need to take a deep breath and ponder our feelings objectively before reacting harshly (this is also known as professionalism). Thanks for sharing a thoughtful topic!
